Harvard students take ‘oath’, others join
Categories: B-school News
Students at Harvard business school developed a voluntary ‘oath’ and till date about 1,000 fresh graduates have joined hands, which includes about 10% of Kellogg‘s graduating class. The graduates who take the oath promise to remain ethical and responsible, guard the interests of shareholders, create a sustainable and prospering environment. .. Some say that it is expected to change the way management is perceived and will introduce more professional approach. For some, oath is not required to be ethical or business has limited liability to the society but to stakeholders.
