HEC Paris and IIM-Bangalore tie up

As per Business Standard, Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) will be colaborating with Indian Institute of Management (IIM-Bangalore) to conduct one week exchange program. The student exchange programme, called HEC-IIM B exchange programme (hiep) will be a one-week student exchange programme starting September 2009. This exchange will include exchange of students and collaboration among the faculty for teaching and research. HEC already has long term agreements with ISB, IIM-A and IIM-B.
Earlier in June 2009, HEC was in news to launch a global training program for the world’s largest commercial employer, Indian Railways which has 1.4 million employees. This five-year agreement will make HEC as the largest supplier of management training for Indian Railways.
HEC has about 20% Indian students, making it a choicest school among Indian students.
